Day 1 - Thru 29 July, 2027
Arrival in the Land of Legends – Cairo’s Golden Welcome
The journey begins in the heart of Egypt’s capital, where ancient and modern worlds meet beneath the desert sun. Cairo welcomes you with open arms and centuries of stories waiting to unfold.
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Cairo International Airport. Your private representative will greet you, assist with formalities, and transfer you to your hotel.
Evening: Relax and prepare for the days ahead, where pyramids, temples, and celestial wonders await.

Day 2: Fri 30 July, 2027
In the Shadow of Giants – Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum
Step into the footsteps of kings on the Giza Plateau. Beneath the watchful gaze of the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid rises—a monument to eternity.
Morning: Visit the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, the Valley Temple, and the enigmatic Sphinx. Enter a noble tomb for an intimate view of daily life imagined for the afterlife.
Lunch: Enjoy a panoramic meal at 9 Pyramids Lounge, where the ancient horizon stretches endlessly before you.
Afternoon: Explore the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), home to more than 100,000 artifacts, including treasures of Tutankhamun, the Grand Hall, and lush exterior gardens.
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Sat 31 July, 2027
Gates to Thebes – From Cairo to Luxor’s Timeless West
This morning, you fly south to Thebes—the ancient city of the living and the dead. The sands here are steeped in glory.
Early Morning: Flight from Cairo to Luxor with airport assistance on both ends.
Overnight in Luxor.
Cross to the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings, including three of the most significant tombs. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut and pause at the mighty Colossi of Memnon.
Lunch: Midday meal in Luxor between visits.
Day 4: Sun 1 Aug, 2027
Temples and Tranquility – From Karnak to the Dahabiya
The rising sun finds you among colossal pillars and sacred avenues. By day’s end, you’ll board your floating home on the Nile.
Optional Morning Tour: Explore the vast Karnak Temple complex and the elegant Luxor Temple, once joined by a sphinx-lined ceremonial road.
Midday: Travel south to Esna, where your Dahabiya awaits. Step aboard and begin your gentle sail to Edfu.

Morning: Visit the magnificent Temple of Horus at Edfu, a masterwork of Ptolemaic devotion to the falcon god.
Late Morning to Afternoon: Sail to a quiet riverside location, specially chosen for eclipse viewing. Bask in the wonder of shadow and light in one of the world’s most spiritually resonant landscapes.

Day 6: Tue 3 Aug, 2027
Villages and Quarries – Bisaw and Gebel el-Silsila
Life flows gently in the villages and temples along the Nile, where traditions endure and sandstone whispers of sacred labor.
Morning: Visit Bisaw Island. Meet local fishermen, stroll through banana groves and sugarcane fields, and connect with riverside families.
Afternoon: Explore Gebel el-Silsila, the ancient sandstone quarry where Pharaohs carved temple blocks and rock-cut shrines to the gods.
Evening: Enjoy a special barbecue dinner on the riverbank beneath the moonlight—an unforgettable celebration of community and history.

Day 7: Wed 4 Aug, 2027
Of Gods and Waters – Kom Ombo and the Nubian Flow
The landscape shifts as you sail deeper into Upper Egypt. Here, crocodiles once basked beneath temples and the river gleams with southern charm.
Morning: Visit the dual temple of Kom Ombo, where Sobek the crocodile and Horus the falcon were worshipped side by side. Don’t miss the intriguing Crocodile Museum.
Afternoon: As you sail toward Aswan, there’s time to swim or kayak in calm waters edged by papyrus and palm.
Evening: A farewell dinner brings together your shipmates and crew for one last evening of joy and reflection.

Day 8: Thru 5 Aug, 2027
Temples of the Goddess – Philae and Departure from Aswan
Your journey concludes with one final act of devotion—an island temple that defied the flood and now stands immortal in stone.
Morning: Disembark and visit Philae Temple, where Isis, goddess of magic and motherhood, was worshipped in a sanctuary relocated stone by stone to save it from the rising Nile.
Lunch
Evening: Airport transfer for your onward or international flight. Though the cruise ends, the river’s rhythm will linger long after.
Optional Extension: Travel to Abu Simbel—three hours south—for a monumental finale. Visit the temples of Ramses II and Nefertari, carved from the cliffs and aligned with celestial precision. Return to Aswan by road or optional flight.

Walking tour in El Muizz St, of Medieval Cairo. The most preserved area with medieval Islamic architecture such as Mosques, Houses, markets, and other Medieval architecture. It’s a perfect place to experience the local culture of Egypt today.
