With regards to the payment procedures
to confirm your request we require:
50% of the tour cost paid in advance (25% in case of only tours booked without accommodations/Dahabiya/ Cruises/Flights),
and the balance in Cash in USD/Euro upon arrival in tenable notes, (no old or cut notes and with no marks). USD 100 notes
older than 2013 and without the blue 3-D Security Ribbon are rarely accepted in Egypt.
Send your passport scans (clear scan and passport valid for at least 6 months before arrival in Egypt).

any. This payment is an international bank wire. These are sometimes processed via intermediary banks which may impose
Additional banking fees. Such fees are standard and are beyond our control.

It usually takes an average of 4 working days until we receive the transfer.

(B) Payment Link (credit card)
2.5% (Online payment solution charges ) applied to money collected this way.
When you request payment with a credit card, a private payment link will be sent to you to process the payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation by the guest, a percentage % of the total quote will be retained as cancellation fees as referred in the
below chart, with a minimum of 100 USD, plus any other amount charged by the accommodation providers(*) and flight
companies as per their providers’ cancellation policies which are not covered by the % cancellation fees from the quote of
those specific items. Supporting documents of flights and accommodation cancellation charges can be provided upon request.
In case Dahabiya boat is included in your booking, Dahabiya Nile Sailing (as the provider for Dahabiyas in Real Egypt)
Dahabiya Nile Sailing cancellation charges will be applied for the Dahabiya Part.

Who we share your data with
- Additional deposits may be requested depending on the provider’s requests.
- Accommodation includes Dahabiya and Cruises.
- For tailor made tours with personalized quotes, please allow about one month to process the calculation of the cancellation
fees, discussion with providers and processing the refund (it could be longer in case international flights included) - Transaction fees to process the return of the money will be deducted from the deposit. The fees depend on the financial
services provider. Normally 5% transaction charges are applied.
In case you request to Reschedule Your Tour
Your future credit expires in 12 months, unless an exception is made by Real Egypt. New quotations for your new tour will be
applied. Real Egypt should be involved in choosing your new travel dates.
Percentage % of the total quote (according to the below chart) will be retained as cancellation fees (minimum 100 USD) plus
any other charges (that are not covered by the % Reschedule fees on that specific item) by the accommodation (including the
Dahabiya and Cruises) and flights charges as per the providers canceling policies. Supporting documents of flights and
accommodation cancellation/reschedule charges can be provided upon request

In case of a Force Majeure
Cancellation in case of border closing in Egypt announced officially by the Egyptian government restricting
travel in the country
10% of the total tour cost will be deducted as Admin fees (with a minimum of USD100) Your payment will be available as
future travel credit for 12 months ahead Real Egypt travel advisors should be involved in choosing your new travel dates.
Flights and overland accommodation/cruises/ Dahabiya cancellation/changing fees will be charged, according to the
provider’s terms and conditions. New quotations for your new tour will be applied.
● If there are any unforeseen circumstances and the boat assigned for your tour is unable to sail, Dahabiya Nile Sailing/Real
Egypt is responsible for arranging a similar boat for your tour.
● The tour quote might increase if a sudden and significant inflation happens in Egypt due to serious economic problems. In
case this happens, Real Egypt will share evidence to support the increase.
